I second Sharon's nomination for your introduction. In fact, I just second everything she said. Especially dispelling the lie that chastity is between a woman and some potential future man somewhere. Charis, you have definitely GOT to write a post on this, on what brought you to an awareness that chastity matters regardless of any relationship involvement, whether present or future. I have very, very rarely encountered such a treatment of this issue in the church. Like you said, the main line of teaching for young women is "Save yourself for your husband." Why are we afraid to tell them the full truth: you are saving yourself for your God?
